  3. I leave the dance exercise to my much more coordinated daughter. I'm Irish and Polish; we have no rhythm. But I do hit the gym four times a week. While I've yet to get that "high" everyone talks about, I do feel better having gone and I love my incredible shrinking waistline!

  5. Zumba is one of the few things that can get me off my arse to actually exercise. I am planning to purchase the new wii version.
